AEW Dynamite Viewership and Key Demo Rating for Quake By The Lake

Wednesday’s live Quake By The Lake edition of AEW Dynamite drew 972,000 viewers on TBS, according to Nielsen via Showbuzz Daily.

This is up 3.62% from last week’s episode, which drew 938,000 viewers.

This week’s Dynamite drew a 0.33 rating in the key 18-49 demographic. This is up 3.12% from last week’s 0.32 rating. This week’s 0.33 key demographic rating represents 430,000 viewers who watched the show from that 18-49 demo. This is up 3.12% from last week’s 417,000 18-49 viewers that the 0.32 key demo rating represented, according to Wrestlenomics.

Dynamite ranked #1 on the Cable Top 150 this week with the 0.33 rating in the 18-49 key demographic. This is even with last week’s #1 ranking.

Dynamite ranked #37 in viewership for the night on cable this week. This is down from last week’s #34 ranking.

Wednesday’s Dynamite drew the twelfth-highest audience of the year so far. The episode was tied with others for the tenth-highest key demo rating of the year so far. Dynamite has ranked #1 in the key demographic on cable for eight of the last ten Wednesdays. There was no real sports competition last night. Wednesday’s Dynamite viewership was up 3.62% from last week, while the 18-49 key demo rating was up 3.12% from last week.

While AEW Dynamite topped the Cable Top 150 for the night with the 0.33 key demo rating, The Five on FOX News topped the night in viewership on cable with 3.742 million viewers, also drawing a 0.27 key demo rating for the #3 spot on the Cable Top 150.

America’s Got Talent on NBC topped the night on network TV in viewership with an average of 5.498 million viewers, also drawing a 0.54 key demo rating. Big Brother on CBS topped the night on network TV in the 18-49 key demographic with a 0.79 rating, also drawing 3.862 million viewers.

This week’s Dynamite viewership was down 0.71% from the same week in 2021. The key demo rating was down 5.71% from the previous year.

Wednesday’s Quake By The Lake edition of AEW Dynamite aired live from the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN, and featured several happenings advertised ahead of time – Darby Allin vs. Brody King in a Coffin Match, Rush and Andrade El Idolo vs. The Lucha Brothers in a Tornado Tag Team Match, Ricky Starks vs. Aaron Solo, the return of AAA, IWGP & ROH World Tag Team Champions FTR, AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill defending against Madison Rayne, plus Interim AEW World Champion Jon Moxley defending against Chris Jericho, which was the main event.
