AJ Francis is the self-proclaimed best heel in the pro wrestling business right now.

Francis is set to see his contract with TNA Wrestling run out at the end of 2024 unless a new agreement is reached. As of now, he has completed his last scheduled dates under the current deal following his work at the TNA Final Resolution 2024 pay-per-view on Friday, and subsequent post-PPV tapings of TNA iMPACT at Center Stage in Atlanta, GA. this past weekend.
Sources indicate that both Francis and TNA have enjoyed their partnership, leaving the door open for a potential extension. Tommy Dreamer was instrumental in securing Francis an opportunity with TNA, which ultimately led to his current contract.
Recently, Francis has been teaming with KC Navarro in the First Class faction, a creative decision made on short notice after his original partner, Rich Swann, was sidelined due to injury.
At the TNA Final Resolution 2024 show on December 13, Francis challenged Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Championship, earning significant praise from both the audience and internal staff for his performance in a losing effort.
