--------------------

This is actually attempt #2 at writing a Tito Daily, with the first one being scrapped after further thought before I clicked "submit". Let's just say that the first attempt was hard hitting and probably would have caused some trouble heading into Monday Night RAW. I'll discuss what I was going to write about as part of my RAW review.

Ladies and gentlemen, we have NEW WWE Tag Team Champions!

Michael Bluth from LordsofPain.net Reporting:
New WWE tag team champions were crowned at Sunday night's live event from Oakland, California.

Primo and Epico defeated Evan Bourne & Kofi Kingston at the show to win the titles.

Primo and Epico's manager Rosa Mendes tweeted the following after the match:

"Guess who the new tag team Champions are!!??WE ARE!!! WE BEAT AIRBOOM in Oakland!! I will remember this day forever!"

That's right, folks, we have the Tag Titles changing hands at a Houseshow. Yeah, I guess could be better than the usual unannounced RAW Tag match during the 1st hour of RAW, as having the titles change hands during houseshows was an older way to boost houseshow attendance... But this criticism is more about a completely neglected division and not for the title defenses.

What a joke. 12 years ago, two teams absolutely hated each other and built towards a classic feud that ignited a great match at Royal Rumble 2000. Royal Rumble 2000 is known for a great Rumble match and Mick Foley vs. Triple H, but the Hardys vs. Dudleys was epic on that card. In fact, by both teams performing well on Royal Rumble, this opened up the door for other Hardys vs. Dudleys matches, as well as involving Edge/Christian.

Furthermore, WWE's biggest BOOM periods were when the Tag Team Division mattered. Hart Foundation, Demolition, British Bulldogs, the Rockers, and many other teams during the late 1980's/early 1990's and then the Hardys/Dudleys/Edge & Christian during the late 1990's/early 2000's. It adds to the midcard perfectly, especially when teams are uniform in look and in style.

Triple H was a reported advocate for giving attention to not only the Tag Team Division, but possibly bringing back the Cruisersweight division. You can tell that Triple H doesn't quite have all of Vince McMahon's ear, as Vince has clearly shot down both ideas.

It's sad to see the Tag Team Division neglected. Not only does it provide some midcard entertainment, but it's where many of the great wrestlers developed their skills. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG with being a tag wrestler, as when the time is right, the team can be broken up and the wrestlers can pursue a solo career.

Good for Primo and Epico, I guess... Enjoy how much attention the WWE gives your manager, Rosa Mendes instead of your team.
