-------------------- Do you notice the news trend lately? Vince McMahon is in a foul mood! He's changing his mind often! He's under a ton of stress! It might be ready for him to retire soon! He's getting too old to run a wrestling business! Wait, is this the same Vince McMahon I remember? The one who escaped being indicted in 1994 for steroid distribution charges and the same guy who almost shut his WWF doors in 1997 when his business began losing money against WCW via competition? The same guy who had one of his employees, Chris Benoit, kill and murder his wife and son, and have his promotion humiliated in the press for months? But it must be the stress of the upstart WWE Network, right? That's not to mention that his World Bodybuilding Federation (WBF), music label, XFL Football, certain WWE Films, and other business ventures have failed... And Vince is STILL standing. Vince must just be getting burned out now, right? 30 years of ups and downs in the wrestling business and the WWE business and yet he's senile now? Someone backstage in the WWE has an agenda and they're spilling their beans to the wrestling media against Vince McMahon. In other words, find the backstage source who seems to benefit from Vince retiring and then letting, presumably, Triple H & Stephanie McMahon take over fully backstage. That person, whom Vince McMahon probably doesn't like and is holding back, is barking to the wrestling media. Go check everyone's cellphone records and see who has been calling the Dave Meltzers, Wade Kellers, and the Dave Scherers of the world (and I have great respect for all 3, good for them on the scoop). And Vince McMahon isn't exactly THAT visible backstage. From all that I've heard from WWE wrestlers and from all that I've read, he handles his business behind closed doors. Thus, it can be assumed that someone close to the situation is flapping their gums or texting away on a smartphone. If Vince is going off on several creative members or repeatedly shredding scripts, someone "in the know" is either the leak or they're handing off the information to another WWE employee backstage. Someone has an agenda against Vince McMahon right now and it is NOT heathly for the WWE. After all - Vince McMahon IS the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the WWE Corporation. Someone revealing supposed erratic behavior of Vince's is revealing internal company matters that could affect the WWE Corporation publicly. This should NOT be allowed, whatsoever, as the public has no right to know what happens internally at a publicly traded corporation OTHER THAN what is required to be reported Quarterly/Annual basis (10-Q, 10-K) or as needed (8-K, I believe) with the Securities Exchange Commission. Revealing a breakdown of the company's CEO/Chairman is quite detrimental to the company. SOMEONE with an agenda is leaking this out... It should be up the WWE management to internally squash that bug and to tighten up access to the company's top executive. What exactly would burn Vince McMahon out? Doesn't anyone realize that he LOVES this stuff? He could have retired long ago but he's still out there on the road and running backstage with the iron fist as he did in the 1980's. Sure, lower ratings, buyrates, attendance, and the start-up costs for the WWE Network could always weigh on him, but Vince McMahon is extremely wealthy with nothing much else to prove in conquering the wrestling business. He has a HUGE payday coming up with Wrestlemania 28 and his last edition of RAW just pulled in a 3.6 rating. TNA and Ring of Honor are waaaaaaay behind in terms of competition. WWE has a rat backstage that through the laws of deduction, should be found rather easily... CONTACT MR.
