On tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite commentators Jim Ross, Tony Schiavone, and Excalibur took a moment to address the passing of former WWE star Shad Gaspard, whose body was found earlier this morning after a riptide incident that took the 39-year old’s life.
JR: Would like to take a moment here to wish our condolences to the family of Shad Gaspard. Great kid…a member of Cryme Time. JTG too. Two great guys. He was always so positive. He drowned…his body was found this morning. We wish nothing but the best for his family.
SCHIAVONE: A terrible tragedy for this entire sport.
Gaspard was also honored by stars Big Swole and Private Party.
