SummerSlam 2029 may already have its host city locked in.
According to a new report, WWE is planning to bring SummerSlam 2029 to Indianapolis, Indiana.
The report states that when WWE and the Indiana Sports Corporation finalized their premium live event agreement in June 2024, a future edition of SummerSlam was included as part of the overall deal.
Indianapolis has become an increasingly important market for WWE in recent years. In addition to hosting multiple major events, the city was also the site of the inaugural WrestlePalooza event in 2025.
WWE has not officially announced a location for SummerSlam 2029.
This year’s two-night WWE SummerSlam premium live event took place on August 1 and August 2 from US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN.
