It appears David Penzer is returning to IMPACT Wrestling.
The long-time ring announcer, who worked with WCW from 1993-2001 and IMPACT from 2005-2010, returned to announce tonight’s Rebellion event on AXS TV. Afterwards, company VP Scott D’Amore officially revealed that Penzer would be staying on.
D’Amore writes, “One of the best ring announcers of all time is back with Impact Wrestling!”

Penzer would then release a short official statement saying that he’s not sure how long this ride will last, but that he’s happy to be home.
Thanks for the nice wishes tonight. Not sure how long this ride will last but I’m going to work hard and enjoy being home again!
