It has been a bad few months for pet-owners in WWE.
In addition to CM Punk and AJ Lee’s dog Larry passing away in December, another former world champion has been dealt a similar blow in his personal life.
“The Scottish Warrior” Drew McIntyre surfaced via social media on Wednesday, sharing photos on his official Instagram and X accounts regarding the passing of his beloved cat, Chaz.
McIntyre and his wife, Kaitlyn Frohnapfel, are mourning the loss of the cat, which they introduced to fans in a TikTok video nearly a year ago. During WrestleMania 41 season, McIntyre mentioned that they nearly lost Chaz to liver disease, however he ended up pulling through.
“You were once in a lifetime, Chaz,” McIntyre wrote as the caption to the posts shared via his official Instagram and X accounts today.
