The former multi-time UFC champion has expressed his interest in joining the WWE in the past, even calling out a number of the company’s top stars for matchups. However, this is also McGregor’s third time retiring in the last four years, each time returning for a high-stakes fight. His last bout was a victory over Cowboy Cerrone at UFC 246 back in January.
