Friday Night SmackDown Sees Slight Drop In Overnight Viewership

According to Showbuzz Daily, last night’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown drew an average of 2.040 million viewers overnight, a slight drop from the previous week’s show. They scored a 0.6 rating in the always important 18-49 demographic, which ended up being #1 for the evening. The show featured Shinsuke Nakamura facing AJ Styles in a first round matchup of the Intercontinental championship tournament, as well as a champion versus champion bout between Charlotte Flair and Bayley.

Overall the program finished 8th in total viewership behind Disney Family Singalong, 20/20, MacGyver, Celebrity Escape Room, Magnum P.I., Dateline NBC, and Blue Bloods, which won the night with just over 4 million.
