2020 was the eighth year for inducting wrestlers, personalities and matches into the Lords of Pain/Wrestling Headlines Hall of Fame. This was the first year that the alternate website address name was featured, as this would become the main website domain address in the coming years. Administration of the nomination, voting and writer selection process was passed on to J Cool and LWO4Life, featured columnists on the website. The duo gathered nominations from the readers of LordsofPain.net from February 21 through to February 28. Voting took place on the website, via Google Forms, from March 15 to 24.
