2021 was the ninth year for inducting wrestlers, personalities and matches into the Lords of Pain/Wrestling Headlines Hall of Fame. This was the second year that the alternate website address name was featured and from here on, Wrestling Headlines would become the main title and website address associated with the website and hall of fame inductees. J Cool and LWO4Life gathered nominations from March 20 to 25 and administrated the voting and induction speeches. Voting took place on the website, via Google Forms, from March 27 to April 1.
