WWE has announced several additions to this Friday’s episode of SmackDown, including the return of Kevin Owens.
Owens is officially advertised for the August 7 edition of the blue brand after making his in-ring return at SummerSlam last weekend. At the premium live event, Owens won a fatal four-way match to become the new number one contender to CM Punk’s Undisputed WWE Championship.
Also announced for the show is a singles match pitting Jade Cargill against Charlotte Flair in a featured women’s division showdown.
Additionally, Interim WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green is scheduled to appear on the broadcast.
Friday’s WWE SmackDown airs live on USA Network.
