A night where Samoa Joe was still undefeated in the company and faced off against the Japanese legend, Jushin Thunder Liger. It was also the month after the incredible Triple Threat between Joe, AJ Styles, and Christopher Daniels and the other two of those worthies would face off in a 30-minute Iron Man match for the X-division title. And on a night where Kevin Nash couldn’t wrestler due to hospitalization, another contender had to be chosen to challenge Jeff Jarrett for the NWA World Championship and Rhino’s one night crusade to take that title should have been the stuff of legend!
