Kyle Fletcher is set to step outside of AEW for a special attraction match next month.
House of Glory has announced that Fletcher will face soon-to-be TNA Hall of Fame legend Amazing Red at its Fallout event on September 4 at the Globe Theatre in Los Angeles. The promotion is billing the bout as a battle between two generations.
Red, a TNA legend and upcoming TNA Hall of Fame inductee, is also one of the founders of House of Glory. The 44-year-old currently holds the HOG Crown Jewel Championship after defeating Zilla Fatu for the title.
Neither Red’s Crown Jewel Championship nor Fletcher’s AEW International Championship is currently advertised as being on the line.
“LOS ANGELES… GET READY! KYLE FLETCHER vs. AMAZING RED,” House of Glory wrote (see post below). “Two generations collide in a SPECIAL ATTRACTION MATCH at FALLOUT!”
Before heading to HOG, Fletcher is scheduled to defend the AEW International Championship at AEW All In: London on August 30. He will put the title on the line in a three-way match against Kazuchika Okada and Konosuke Takeshita at Wembley Stadium in London.
Several other names have been announced for Fallout. Laredo Kid, who competes for AAA and WWE, will be in action against an opponent who has yet to be revealed, while AEW star Hook is also advertised to appear.
Road Dogg and Billy Gunn are additionally scheduled for a meet-and-greet at the event.
House of Glory previously streamed its events through Triller before ending that arrangement last month. The promotion aired its most recent event on YouTube.
