Major League Wrestling President Court Bauer issued a short statement on Twitter responding to a fan who asked whether MLW could run events in Florida now that pro-wrestling, specifically WWE, has been deemed an essential business during this ongoing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. Bauer states that he will not put any of his staff or crew at risk until there is a “return to normal on the horizon.”
No. I will not put @MLW athletes, crew and staff along with their families at risk of contracting the virus. I remain hopeful that a return to normal is on the horizon but that moment is not yet.
