MVP, who is currently furloughed as a Producer, is now working as a full-time wrestler instead.
WWE made the decision to keep MVP because he was working as both a part-time wrestler alongside Bobby Lashley before the virus. MVP was put with Bobbly Lashley to prepare him for a potential feud with the title, which is what we’re currently getting on Monday Night Raw. Like many of the producers, MVP was furloughed because the WWE didn’t need as many producers. However, at this point MVP was already a very important part of Lashley’s inevitable push to the top and they couldn’t afford to drop the opportunity. Also like many of the producers, MVP will likely be brought back as a producer whenever WWE is able to bring everyone back.
