According to Fightful, WWE applied to trademark the terms “No Mercy” and “Commander Azeez” with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The first is the name of a traditional pay per view, or the famed Nintendo 64 video game of the same name. The second refers to a wrestler name. Both filings were made on April 7th.
