Paige has reacted after a planned segment involving her was cut from Friday night’s episode of WWE SmackDown.
An early spoiler lineup for the show had a Paige promo scheduled to take place ahead of the Women’s United States Championship match between Tiffany Stratton and Jacy Jayne. WWE, however, had not publicly advertised Paige for a segment heading into the show.
While the segment ultimately didn’t make the broadcast, WWE released a digital exclusive after SmackDown went off the air that continued Paige’s ongoing storyline with Nikki Bella.
Paige also took to social media after the show with a simple “lol,” prompting a response from Nikki.
“What was that @Saraya??? I think I missed what you said.”
Paige fired back and referenced her segment being cut from the show.
“You’d think you’d want women to have segments instead of being cut. You’ve always been full of shit. It’s alright I’ll just see ya in person next week bb.”
Nikki then responded, “I mean at this point hopefully.”
