-There will be a service celebrating the life of former ROH world champion John Bedoya, better known as Xavier, happening today in Rhode Island. PW Insider reports that due to COVID-19, only 60 people will be allowed in the funeral home at a time, with social distancing and masks being required at all times. The official funeral will be this Monday August 24th. Xavier passed on August 16th at the age of 43.
-ROH will be completing their television tapings later today in Baltimore. At the conclusion, the promotion will have 2-3 months of content.
-The most recent ROH TV featured a cryptic video with a trend that says, “When one trend dies…another will rise. The Trend is coming. #FollowTheTrend.” Whether this is a new faction, or just online marketing remains to be seen.
