WWE Universal champion Roman Reigns took to Twitter earlier today to call out Kevin Owens following KO’s attack on Jey Uso at the conclusion of last night’s SmackDown. Owens defeated Uso by DQ after he was hit with a steel chair, but managed to gain the upper-hand to close the program. Owens would then sit at the commentary table and address the camera, knowing that Reigns was watching backstage.
The Tribal Chief writes, “The Universal Championship should have been your only interest. You attack my blood, you bring violence and threaten our position. You have my attention.

Reigns and Owens do have some history dating back to the latter’s Universal title reign in 2017, including a marquee matchup at that year’s Royal Rumble pay per view.
