Longtime WWE fans are in for a treat this weekend with the return of some familiar faces.

WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event is set to air live this Saturday at 8 p.m. ET on NBC, with a simulcast on Peacock, from the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Long Island, N.Y. The event promises an exciting lineup and appearances from some legendary figures.

Headlining the card, Cody Rhodes will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Kevin Owens. Other marquee matches include WWE World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER facing Damian Priest and Finn Balor in a triple-threat match, and WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan going up against IYO SKY. Additionally, Sami Zayn will clash with Drew McIntyre, and the WWE Women’s United States Title Tournament will conclude with its finals.

Adding to the nostalgia, WWE has reportedly booked several iconic personalities, including Ted DiBiase, Jimmy Hart, Tito Santana, Greg Valentine, and Koko B. Ware. Whether these legends will appear in segments or simply be spotted in the audience remains to be seen.

Meanwhile, rumors are swirling about Charlotte Flair potentially making her return, adding even more intrigue to this special edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, as “The Queen” could pop back up as soon as Saturday’s show.

We will keep you posted as additional information regarding plans for the return episode of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event continues to surface.
