Hart was arrested and booked on 3 charges of possession, possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, and possession with intent to sell & distribute.
The Schedule III charge is a Class 1 misdemeanor in Virginia with a maximum penalty of 1 year in jail, and/or a fine up to $2,500. Anabolic steroids are included in Schedule III controlled substances.
Hart is scheduled to be in court on Thursday, April 23 to answer the charges.
Hart, who is often controversial and has had his share of legal issues over the years, recently worked for MLW until being released in December. He sat in the crowd during the December 11 AEW Dynamite & Dark tapings from Garland, TX, but this was reportedly done on his own.
