Calling himself “Uncle Ali,” he told her Hotch “bit the hand that fed him” and vowed to get the title back, pointing at Hotch’s daughter and promising to look after her, then placing a hand on his wife’s leg and saying he’d take care of her too. Hotch got word of the incident and confronted Ali and the rest of Order 4, John Skyler, Tasha Steelz, Agent Zero, and Mila Moore. A brawl broke out, leading to a deal: Hotch defends the TNA International Championship against Ali inside a cage at TNA Lockdown 2026. Hotch has since walked away from Order 4 and urged tag partner John Skyler to do the same. Skyler declined, telling Hotch he needs the job with Ali.
– Also added to TNA Lockdown 2026 pay-per-view on August 23 at Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago, Illinois on the 8/6 TNA iMPACT show from the Liacourus Center in Philadelphia, PA. is Moose vs. Frankie Kazarian in an ‘Escape The Cage’ match. Moose called out Frankie Kazarian for an Escape the Cage match at the event and on the 8/6 show, Kazarian brought the challenge to Director of Authority Daria Rae, and the match was made official.
– The field is narrowing in TNA’s inaugural Knockouts Television Championship tournament, with the semifinal matchups made official on the 8/6 TNA iMPACT on AMC. Heather by Elegance picked up the win over Mara Sadè to advance. The result also marks Sadè’s TNA exit, her contract had already expired, and the promotion has confirmed her departure. Now confirmed for the TNA KO TV Title tourney semifinals are Heather by Elegance vs. Jada Stone and Indi Hartwell vs. M by Elegance.
– The Nic Nemeth vs. Jeff Hardy showdown for the TNA World Championship is scheduled to take place on next week’s episode of TNA iMPACT on August 13, 2026, a taped show from the Liacourus Center in Philadelphia, PA. The advertising for the match led some to believe it would be taking place last week on the show, however it did not, although it had already taken place due to multiple weeks of shows being taped in advanece. The contract signing for the 8/13 title tilt took place on the 8/6 iMPACT this week. The Nemeths vs. The Hardys are also scheduled to take place for the TNA World Tag-Team Championships inside a Steel Cage at TNA Lockdown 2026. In addition to that match and the above two bouts for the 8/23 TNA PPV event in Chicago is Elijah vs. AJ Francis in a Steel Cage match, as well as DemonxBunny vs. The Elegance Brand for the TNA Knockouts World Tag-Team Championships in a Steel Cage match.
