Tony Khan has announced several additions to tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
Just hours before the show, Khan revealed that CMLL World Women’s Champion Persephone will team with Hikaru Shida against Thunder Rosa and TBS Champion Maya World.
The match follows Persephone & Shida picking up a victory over World & Hyan on AEW Collision.
“Persephone and Hikaru Shida vs Maya World and Thunder Rosa. Persephone & Shida got the win vs TBS Champion Maya World & her partner Hyan on AEW Collision! Now, with her own grudge vs Persephone, Thunder Rosa will join Maya to fight Persephone/Shida TONIGHT!”
Khan also announced that Will Ospreay will appear on tonight’s broadcast, though no further details were given regarding his involvement.
Additionally, Kris Statlander will be in singles action against Viva Van.
Tonight’s AEW Dynamite will emanate from the Pearl Concert Theater at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
