The WWE Cruiserweight division is back on display this evening, as WWE 205 Live returns with a new episode on the WWE Network immediately following the conclusion of this week’s WWE Friday Night SmackDown (6/19/2020) show.

On tap for this week’s WWE 205 Live is Oney Lorcan of The Brit-Am Brawlers going one-on-one with Chase Parker of Ever-Rise.

Additionally, relative newcomer Jake Atlas makes his 205 Live debut after an impressive showing in the NXT Cruiserweight Championship Tournament.

Featured below are our complete WWE 205 Live results from the June 19, 2020 episode.

WWE 205 LIVE RESULTS (6/19): ORLANDO, FL.

This week’s WWE 205 Live kicks off with the usual weekly signature video opener, which still included “Gentleman” Jack Gallagher, despite him being released by the company today following #SpeakingOut accusations.

Oney Lorcan vs. Chase Parker

After the traditional weekly signature open, we go straight to the ring entrance of “The Star Destroyer” Oney Lorcan, who comes out accompanied by his tag-team partner Danny Burch.

While he finishes up his ring entrance, we shoot to the commentary table where Corey Graves and Byron Saxton welcome us to this week’s show in their first isolated on-camera appearance.

From there, we cue the entrance music of Chase Parker, who comes down to the ring accompanied by his Ever-Rise tag-team partner Matt Martel. The bell sounds and here we go with this week’s opener.

Parker jumps off to an early offensive lead over Lorcan, taking his arm behind his back after their initial lock-up. Moments later, Lorcan turns the tables on him and slaps him in a side-lock. Parker tries to escape, but can’t at first. Or second, for that matter!

Lorcan takes over for a while from this point on, as he takes Parker down and puts the boots to him. Parker tries to buy himself some time and Matt Martel yells from ringside to give him a minute.

Oney hits a nice spot and then goes back to work on him. Seconds later, however, another distraction from Martel allows Parker to take over. Parker controls Lorcan’s arm after grounding his opponent. He slams some knees down to the isolated arm of Lorcan while keepnig it tightly stuck to his back behind him.

Finally, some clapping from the few bodies inside the WWE PC rallies on Lorcan, who fights his way back to his feet. Seconds later, Lorcan gets a hope spot after blasting Parker with a big elbow. He goes for another, but Parker catches him coming in with a big boot.

Parker looks to remain in control, however a big European uppercut and a Blockbuster follow-up results in Lorcan picking up the victory in this week’s opening contest.

Winner: Oney Lorcan

After The Match: Malcolm Bivens, Rinku & Saurav

Once the match ends, Lorcan is joined by Danny Burch in the ring to celebrate when out of nowhere, we see Malcolm Bivens come out on stage and distract him. While distracted by Bivens, Ever-Rise returns in the ring and attacks Burch and Lorcan from behind.

Finally, we see Bivens joined by Rinku & Saurav on the stage and they enter the ring. Rinku and Saurav go on to deliver a prolonged post-match beat down on Lorcan and Burch to end the segment.

Jake Atlas vs. Jack Gallagher

After some commercials we get ready for our second and final match of the evening here on WWE 205 Live, as Jake Atlas will be making his debut after a strong showing in the Interim NXT Cruiserweight Championship Tournament.

With that said, WWE is in the awkward position of keeping the match in tact despite the news that surfaced today after the match was already taped for tonight’s show, as “Gentleman” Jack Gallagher would go on to be released from the company as a result of the growing #SpeakingOut movement.

We’re back on WWE 205 Live and first we see the ring entrance of the new face making his debut on WWE 205 Live this week — Jake Atlas. Now Gallagher makes his way out and the bell sounds to start this week’s main event.

Atlas shows an impressive sign of strength straight out of the gate, followed up by some good wrestling skills as he controls Gallagher with a standing arm-lock. Gallagher trips Atlas up and then slaps a side head lock on him. Atlas rolls through when they two hit the mat, Gallagher shows good poise and then Atlas cartwheels away from another Gallagher move attempt.

Jake Atlas shows some great acrobatic skills, leaping off the top turnbuckle with an arm-drag on Gallagher that popped the fans in the crowd, who were just shown on camera clapping and stomping along while chanting “Jake! Jake! Jake!” Unfortunately for the 205 Live newcomer, Gallagher drops him throat-first over the top rope to slow down his momentum.

Now we watch as “Gentleman” Jack lands some stiff kicks to Atlas. Atlas tries fighting back with punches but Gallagher blasts him with some knees to the gut and some knife-edge chops to the chest for good measure. Now he gets Atlas down in the corner and puts the boots to him like “Stone Cold” in his prime. He snap-mares Atlas down and blasts him with a stiff kick to the back.

Atlas starts to make a fired-up comeback, however Gallagher cuts his run short and grounds him again. He blasts Atlas with some vicious ground-and-pound before the action returns standing where Gallagher catches him in a deep abdominal stretch. Atlas uses a high-angle belly-to-back suplex to fight out of the hold. He slaps himself in the face to try and get himself back in this fight.

He lands a pair of big clotheslines and a back-hand-spring into a big shot on “Gentleman” Jack. The fans fire up again with “Jake! Jake! Jake!” chants. Jake grabs Jack from behind but Jack pulls a standing-switch. Jake blasts him with a back-elbow to fight out of the control position. Now Atlas finds himself stuck in a deep guillotine choke that Gallagher locked on him out of nowhere. Atlas eventually crumbles to the mat while stuck in the hold, however he manages to make it to the ropes to force the referee to break the hold.

Finally, Atlas hits his Rainbow DDT finisher off the top-rope and scores the pin fall victory over “Gentleman” Jack Gallagher in what was his WWE 205 Live debut and for Gallagher, at least for now, in what will likely be his last match for a while.

Winner: Jake Atlas
