Oba Femi’s actions on Monday’s WWE Raw at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York are going to cost him.
Following the show, WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce took to social media to confirm that fines had been issued to “the offending parties.”
“Appropriate fines have been officially levied against the offending parties,” Pearce wrote. “Thank you for your attention to this matter. AJP. I need a drink.”
In a follow-up post, Pearce made it clear that Femi was at least one of the “offending parties.”
His second post showed a clip of the incident where he was shoved down (see below).
“Oba FINEmi,” Pearce sarcastically captioned the post.
Oba Femi vs. Brock Lesnar is scheduled to take place at WrestleMania 42, which goes down on April 18 and April 19 from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV.
Appropriate fines have been officially levied against the offending parties.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. AJP.
I need a drink.
