Spectrum Sports 360 host and analyst Jon Alba took to Twitter and shared footage of the destruction that occurred in DeLand Florida, which was hit with an EF-2 level tornado on Tuesday. One of the homes that was destroyed belonged to a member of the NXT United Fan Group, with Alba revealing that the group lent a hand to their fellow wrestling friend in need of assistance.
Alba also states that WWE (he specifically tags Triple H) donated a large amount of supplies to the group, including food, water, gloves, and medical masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
You can see a clip of Alba’s coverage below. He says that the full story will be out later in the week on Spectrum Sports 360 and Spectrum News 13 in Florida.
I’m here in DeLand shooting a piece with the @NXTUnited fan group after a tornado blew through one of their yards. @TripleH and @WWE even sent resources to help with cleanup. We will have the story on @MyNews13 and @SpecSports360 this week. Damage is devastating. pic.twitter.com/7gINZmz5WE

The @NXTUnited group has waited since March to finally chant it together, and since they’re congregating to help one another today, they finally can: NXT! pic.twitter.com/Mi1B0NOKbX
