Direct title shot is marked yes only when WWE announced the championship opportunity as the tournament prize. A winner receiving an unrelated title match later does not qualify.
Full character change means the winner regularly used a royal name, presentation or persona after the tournament. Brief ceremonial presentation covers short-lived crown-and-robe appearances. No meaningful change means the tournament did not create a sustained king character.
