WWE continued a pair of storylines in digital exclusives released following the August 14 episode of SmackDown.
In one of the post-show segments, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis revealed who newcomer Blake Monroe will face in her first match on the blue brand.
Aldis announced that Monroe will go one-on-one with Giulia, though WWE did not reveal when the match will take place.
Another digital exclusive featured Ricky Starks crossing paths with FrAxiom.
During the interaction, Starks made it clear that he hasn’t forgotten about Rey Fenix and remains interested in challenging him for the AAA Cruiserweight Championship.
As noted, there was also another Shinsuke Nakamura mystery man tease in a new vignette that premiered after the 8/14 show, and that Paige and Nikki Bella spoke out after their segment was bumped from the broadcast and relegated to social media.
