– Earlier today, Kelani Jordan got into a verbal shouting match with Jaida Parker on the talent travel bus.
Shawn Spears PromoÂ
NXT, the land of the talented, the future, but the misguided. And my goal here is to guide high quality, high performing individuals. Shun them from any kind of negativity and find their inner light. Brooks Jensen. A former champion who was spiraling towards termination, left out of the cold. But after a complete transformation of mind, body, and soul, he is now exactly who he’s been searching for, all along. Niko Vance, a prototype of physical characteristics. A beacon of rage, who’s metamorphosis comes from within. His ferocity is not a curse, it’s a gift. It’s a gift to use on this NXT roster. One piece was still missing. Izzi Dame, the embodiment of beauty. Every move, every decision, calculated. And every word that she speaks, premeditated. Now, some would call that manipulation, I call it strategy. She understands that, if you control the narrative, victory is not only inevitable, but it’s guaranteed. And now my family is complete. Tony D’Angelo, you never really saw it coming, didn’t you? And now there’s a new family to takeover NXT. The only thing left to do is take the North American Championship, next week.
Jordynne Grace & Roxanne Perez SegmentÂ
Jordynne Grace:Â From the moment that I stepped foot into a WWE ring, last year, I knew exactly where I belonged. I walked in as an outsider, carrying the weight of an entire company on my back. But after spending some time in the NXT Women’s Locker Room, feeling the hunger, I knew I had to be a part of it. So, when the time finally came to put pen to paper, I didn’t hesitate, because I had one thought, one singular goal. To become a champion, in what I truly believe is the best women’s division in the world. Now, the last time that I was standing here, it was between two women who were like nothing we’ve ever seen before. But let me tell you one thing that I do know. I know that Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer felt the shift. They felt the foundation that they laid beginning to crack when I arrived. And I heard what they had to say earlier, but whether they like it or not, it’s only matter of time before I’m standing here again, not next to them in the ring, but across from one of them. A juggernaut is unstoppable, and it’s time that I finally.
Roxanne Perez: Jordynne, I just wanted to be the first to tell you, welcome back. I knew you would end up back here eventually. I mean, it only makes sense; you outgrew where you came from. Any female wrestler that wants to be a big star, knows that NXT is the place to be. Whether it’s from different promotions or sports, Raw, SmackDown, everyone wants to be part of the division that I made famous. It’s true. And I heard you talking about putting brands on backs, yeah, that’s what I’ve done for the past 12 months. And Jordynne, it’s one thing to be at the top of the TNA Knockouts Division, big fish in a small pond. Well, this is still my division, and you’re in my world now. So, you don’t just get to come out and call the shots, especially not for my title.
Jordynne Grace: Hold on, one second. Explain to this me, if this is your division, where is your title?
Roxanne Perez: Oh, you mean the title that you couldn’t beat me for at Battleground, that one? Yeah, I can play like that, too, Jordynne. And you literally just got here, so don’t make me send you packing back to TNA. There’s a gap between us, it’s been there since last year, and it’s still there. That’s why I’m going to Toronto this weekend, and I’m going to win the Elimination Chamber, and then I’m going to WrestleMania and become the Women’s World Champion. And if I feel like it, I might just become a record breaking three-time NXT Women’s Champion, and have everybody calling me, Roxy Two Belts.
Jordynne Grace: Hold on a second. Roxanne, there’s a famous saying, and you might know it. And it goes, everybody has a plan until.
Jordynne punches Roxanne in the face. Roxanne fights out of the fireman’s carry position. Roxanne scurries out of the ring to close this segment.
– Je’Von Evans tells Trick Williams to not worry about Eddy Thorpe. Je’Von feels like they’re going through the same thing. Je’Von asks Trick if he’s about to crash out. Before things got escalated, Ricky Saints introduces himself to Trick. Trick gives Ricky a fist bump. Ricky still doesn’t get all the anger issues in this place.
– Sarah Schreiber had a backstage interview with Jaida Parker. Jaida says that Kelani messed up. She had the right idea, but the wrong woman. Kelani has lost her mind since losing the North American Championship. Kelani’s lack of confidence is not Jaida’s problem. Jaida doesn’t play, the title opportunity that Karmen Petrovic just fumbled, that was Ms. Parker’s to begin with. When it comes down to it, there may be a HIM in WWE, but in NXT, Kelani is not HER, and she’s going to find out exactly why Jaida don’t play. Clock it.
