– Kayla Braxton had a backstage interview with King Corbin. Corbin says that Matt Riddle started the beef between the both of them. He believes that tonight’s Intercontinental Championship Match will be quick and decisive and AJ Styles will remain the Intercontinental Champion. Things have been going well for Riddle, but it is the honeymoon phase. He’s playing with fire and he will be burned. After AJ Styles is done with Matt Riddle, people will realize the Bro is nothing but a little boy.
A Moment Of Bliss With Special Guest: Asuka, Bayley and Sasha Banks
Nikki Cross is overly giddy about the fifth anniversary of the Women’s Evolution. She gives a shoutout to Aunt Claire who made a great Shepherd’s Pie. Blisstradamus has a couple of predictions for us. First, the Los Angeles Lakers will win the NBA Championship, Matt Riddle will win the title tonight, Braun Strowman will win the Wyatt Swamp Fight, and she says that her special mystery guest will tear the roof off this place on Sunday. It’s someone who’s very unconventional. Nikki believes that she’s the guest. Her dream of becoming SmackDown Women’s Champion will become true this Sunday at Extreme Rules. Alexa is trying to calm down Nikki.
How many Nitro brews did she have today? Nikki is not special guest. Bayley & Sasha Banks interrupts the proceedings. According to Bayley, Nikki should get used to being disappointed because she will be a failure on Sunday. Sasha says that Nikki will go back to being Alexa’s shadow. Blissstradamus got a few things wrong. She forgot to give credit for the Women’s Evolution architects. They paved the roads and built that ring. Since Alexa likes to tell the future, Bayley has a prediction of her own. She will beat Nikki Cross and Sasha will defeat the Empress of Yesterday, and then finally they will have all the titles. There’s nothing that anyone can do about that. Folks, the real special guest is, Asuka! Bayley and Sasha starts brawling with Alexa and Nikki while Asuka was making her entrance. Alexa informs that we’ll have an impromptu tag team match, next.
"Do I think @SuperKingofBros can win? Well, I may be a little biased, but I also hear he has a special coaching session tonight." – @WWEDanielBryan #SmackDown
