Angel Garza has fired back at fans criticizing the storyline surrounding Penta and Los Perros del Mal on AAA television.
The backlash followed Penta’s match against Bronco Nima on the August 22 edition of AAA’s weekly program, with some viewers questioning the direction and consistency of the ongoing angle.
Garza responded on social media by mocking the criticism and suggesting those complaining would have a difficult time working as writers in the wrestling business.
“You all would SUCK as writers (laughter emojis) Wanting everything in one show, no story, just going straight to the climax and finishing it
That’s why you don’t work on this. Keep your a** at home and stay tuned,” Garza wrote.
Penta’s match against Nima carried the stipulation that he would be forced to join Los Perros del Mal if he lost. Although Penta picked up the victory, Daga later offered him a Los Perros del Mal shirt in an attempt to bring him into the group given their history.
Penta refused, leading to a chaotic confrontation that also involved Rey Fenix and Dragon Lee.
Later in the show, Los Perros del Mal turned on Nima and kicked him out of the faction.
