Match #1. AEW Continental Crown Eliminator: Eddie Kingston (c) vs. Bryan Keith
Keith wins and he gets a title shot, however, Keith loses… and he goes to the back of the line. Hard chop by Keith to start and Eddie is now awake. Keith blocks the backfist early and responds with a shoulder block. Crossfaces by Eddie and some hard chops against the ropes. Release Northern Lights by Eddie but Keith is right back with a headbutt. Both men now trade headbutts in the center of the ring before a suplex battle ends in a stalemate. Chop by Eddie and an elbow by Keith. Both men fire them in now before Keith resorts to a dropkick to the knee and a running big boot. Knee drop by Keith forces Eddie to roll to the outside. Eddie pulls Keith out but gets sent hard into the guardrail, shoulder-first. Keith now focuses the attack on the face and shoulder of Eddie, with chops, kicks, and headbutts. Eddie fires some roundhouse kicks back, but Keith sends Eddie to the floor with a leaping headbutt in the corner. Eddie gets back to the apron and delivers some backhands to the face but a boot from Keith sends Eddie to the floor. Cannonball by Keith off the apron and a running leg lariat in the corner. Michinoku Driver by Keith gets two. Exploder by Kingston. Exploder by Keith! Spinning back fist by Kingston but Keith ducks it… Tiger Bomb! Two count. Irish whip by Keith is reversed into a ripcord backfist! Saito suplex by Eddie! 2.99! “This is awesome!” chants by the crowd. Machine gun chops in the corner and Keith eats them! Enziguiri by Keith but he walks into a sleeper. Jawbreaker by Keith but Eddie holds on. Twice. DDT by Kingston! Two count. Eddie picks Keith up and Keith responds with some palm strikes but Eddie KOs him with the spinning back fist. This one is over!
Winner: Eddie Kingston
Rating: ****. Yep, this ruled. This ruled so hard. If the rumors of Keith being All Elite are true, they did a great job getting him over by taking the grizzled champion in Kingston to the limit.
Tony Schiavone hits the ring and speaks to Eddie, but Eddie tells him that LOIS RULES! Eddie tells Tony to talk to Keith. Tony lets us know that, in Keith’s hometown… Bryan Keith is All Elite! Both guys share a nice moment as Keith gets emotional… but here’s Bryan Danielson! Danielson steals the moment and raises Keith’s hand as Eddie bails.
Jon Moxley doesn’t have an issue with what CMLL did last week, but CMLL should know that the Blackpool Combat Club is the Elite of All Elite. Also, BCC might just show up at CMLL.
Match #2. Bryan Danielson vs. Hechicero
Nice takedown by Hechicero as both men find themselves in 50/50. Both men trade cradles and Danielson locks Hechicero in a surfboard. Hechicero powers himself out and then puts Danielson in the surfboard, forcing Danielson to use the ropes… and looking frustrated in the process. Crowd chants for Hechicero! Round kicks and chops in the corner by Danielson. Danielson puts Hechicero on the top rope but Hechicero rolls through for a sunset flip that gets two. Hechicero hits the ropes and looks for a tieres but instead uses it as a guillotine head scissor leg drop (!). Two count. Reverse victory roll by Hechicero, who then kicks Danielson’s legs back and takes his back, locking in a rear naked choke. Danielson is forced to get to the ropes as we go to commercial. Back from break as Danielson is eating some hard chops and right hands in the corner. Crowd is on fire for this one. Danielson backflips over Hechicero but Hechicero hits the ropes and springboards into a dropkick. Brutal running knee strikes in the corner by Hechicero now, but both guys fight to the top. Danielson with a headbutt that sends Hechicero to the mat. Flying headbutt but Hechicero catches Danielson in an omoplata, before transitioning to a double armbar a la ZSJ. Danielson gets to the ropes! Missile-like tope to the outside by Hechicero! Hechicero with a springboard crossbody but Danielson kind of gets the knees up? Lebell Lock by Danielson but Hechicero reverses it into a Twister with a leg grapevine… maybe? Danielson gets to the ropes and its YES KICK time. Hechicero counters a head kick but Danielson jumps for a guillotine, but Hechicero secures a hammer lock and swings Danielson a bunch, before delivering a back breaker! Two count. Hechicero misses a jumping knee and Danielson catches him with a few dragon screw leg whips. Busaiku Knee attempt but Hechicero counters to an armbar. After some awkward jockeying, Danielson rolls him up for the win!
Winner: Bryan Danielson
Rating: ****. Woah, did not see this one coming. The fans LOVED Hechicero and Danielson, of course, can do no wrong right now. The technical wizardry was on display and what we were promised… delivered.
Running dropkick by Hechicero to a downed Danielson, before putting the boots to him. Claudio is here and Hechicero runs!
Lexi is in the back with FTgaRcia. Garcia says he doesn’t care what they call them, or to be running with FTR, but he wants FTR by his side. Dax reminds us the rankings are back and even though they didn’t make the tag team ranks, they’re going after the trios titles starting tonight.
Match #3. Hook vs. The Outrunners
Release Northern Light’s to Floyd. Hip toss to Magnum. Double body slam by Outrunners after an eye poke. Double suplex by Outrunners but Hook is up. Double clothesline by Hook. Exploder to Magnum. Hand and arm HookPlex to Floyd. RedRum. Fin.

Mark Briscoe joins Tony Schiavone in the ring. Mark says it’s special to be in the ring with Tony Schiavone, because he grew up watching him interview Dusty, Flair, etc. and it’s great to be here with him in Texas. Mark says last week he was getting jumped by the House of Black last week and left for dead, but as the credits rolled, it was Daniel Garcia, FTR, and Mark Briscoe standing tall and House of Black left licking their wounds. Mark says for 20 years he’s been part of the baddest tag team on the planet, and now he’s got to learn to fight himself.
LIGHTS GO OUT!
House of Black are on the video screen. Black loves magic tricks, and he likes the one where someone disappears… just like that. Lights come back on.
Match #4. Queen Aminata vs. Serena Deeb
Deeb with a takedown and some pandering. Aminata with an arm drag but Deeb counters into a seesaw and then a roll up for two. Shoulder block by Aminata but Deeb counters it into a far leg ankle pick and a single leg Boston Crab. Aminata gets to the ropes and then sends Deeb into the middle turnbuckle. Snap suplex by Aminata and a big clothesline gets two. Snap mare by Aminata and some chops to Deeb in the corner. Another snap suplex. Make that three of them. Two count. Deeb ducks a pair of clotheslines and responds with a diving clothesline of her own. Left hands by Deeb and a rolling elbow. Neckbreaker through the ropes by Deeb. Swinging neckbreaker by Deeb gets a two count. DeebTox countered into a roll up for two. Back slide by Deeb (after about five revolutions) gets two! Big boot by Aminata and a running hip attack in the corner. Deeb evades a sliding knee in the corner and Aminata lands hard. Figure four around the ring post by Deeb! Deeb struggles to get Aminata up for the DeebTox so she settles for another swinging neckbreaker. Serenity Lock finishes this one.

Rating: **. Much like Bryan Keith, AEW is putting Aminata in a position to get some serious reps in with their more seasoned talent… and it’s working. Nice win for Deeb.
Tony Schiavone, earning his money tonight, welcomes Swerve to the ring. Swerve talks about Black History Month, and the success of all the people that paved the way for him, like Ron Simmons. Kofi Kingston. Athena. Wednesday he’s got the opportunity to be the champion soon, and it starts Wednesday. Swerve’s done a lot of things, reprehensible things, that’s got him to this point… and he’d do them all again. Tony wants to know about Hangman, and his accusations that Swerve wouldn’t be where he is without the Embassy. Swerve says third time’s a charm. No interferences.
Toni Storm tells us anyone can be tickled. Mariah May wants to know if Toni saw her match on Saturday, but Toni says if you’ve seen one woman’s match, you’ve seen them all. Toni tells Luther to book her a match, she wants to show everyone how technical she can be.
Match #5. Red Velvet vs. Vertvixen
Shoulder block by Vertvixen and a flex. Velvet with a leg lariat early. Cazadora into a bulldog by Velvet. Another attempt but Vertvixen sits out into a Blue Thunder Bomb. Two count. Running pump kick in the corner by Vertvixen and Velvet fires back right hands and drop toe holds Vertvixen on the middle rope. Running knees to the back by Red Velvet and the corkscrew kick finishes this.

Match #6. FTgaRcia vs. The Patriarchy
Menard has joined the commentary table. Dax and Christian to start. Shoulder blocks by Dax and a small package for one. O’Connor roll by Dax for two. Another cradle for two. Wayne gets the tag and slaps Dax in the face. Dax feigns a slap and here’s Garcia. Shoulder block by Garcia and both guys trade arm drags. Garcia tries to dance but Wayne slaps him and dances himself. Garcia dumps everyone and tries to dance but Killswitch is here. Garcia gets isolated in the corner and gets beaten down throughout the PIP. Christian heads up top and misses a diving splash. Hot tag to Cash, who clears the ring with right hands and dropkicks to everyone. Running chop in the corner to Wayne. Back slide to Wayne gets two. Up and over Wayne but Dax is in after a blind tag. Killswitch is here with a double goozle but FTR fights off with elbows and rights. High low to the big man but Wayne grabs a roll up for two. Running Code Red to Dax gets two. Wayne goes up top but gets caught by Dax… Avalanche back suplex! Killswitch breaks up the pin and pump kicks everyone’s faces off. Back body drop to Dax as Christian drops Dax neck-first over the top rope behind the referee’s back. Choke slam by Killswitch. Dax is in trouble throughout the break but fires some hard chops and back body drops Christian. Wayne gets the tag and drops Garcia from the apron, bringing Dax back to the far corner. Vertical suplex gets two. Back suplex by Dax and he gets dragged out of the ring by Killswitch, but Dax shoves him into the steps. Christian in the ring now and looks for the Killswitch but Dax reverses and both men are down. Wayne gets the tag as does Garcia. Garcia with a big boot and Saito suplex to Wayne. Garcia tries to mount Wayne in the corner but Cage is here and Garcia lights him up. Then Wayne! Cash and Garcia then delivers 10 punches in separate corners. Suicide dive by Cash to Killswitch! Brainbuser by Garcia to Wayne for a 2.99. Wayne knees Garcia in the back and hits a Fisherman’s Suplex for two. Wayne berates Garcia but Garcia rolls him up for two. Swinging neckbreaker by Garcia. Garcia goes up top but Christian shoves him off from behind right into a cutter from Wayne! On the outside, Christian hits a falling reverse DDT on Dax on the floor. Cash saves Garcia inside the ring and catches a jumping Wayne with a powerslam. Killswitch is here with a chokeslam! Spear by Christian to Garcia. Sharpshooter by Dax on Christian but Wayne comes off the top with Wayne’s World to Dax! Wayne misses a spear and Garcia jackknifes him for the win!

Rating: ****. This trios team really gives FTR a new coat of paint, and they have been delivering in these matches. Excellent main event with an insanely hot crowd. Garcia fits in with FTR seamlessly and the crowds have been responding to him even stronger since the Continental Classic. Great stuff here.
Final Thoughts: Excellent show tonight. Three really strong matches and a hot crowd make for a fast two hours. The CMLL vs. BCC feud is producing some great matches as we have Danielson and Kingston simmering on the backburner. FTgaRcia should be in the trios titles picture sooner rather than later, as Toni Storm continues to deliver. Thumbs up. 8.5/10.
