Fenix lays into Komander with some chops in the corner before finishing this one with the twisting sit-out Muscle Buster!

Winner: Fenix

Rating: ****. Woah, where did this come from? The best showing from Komander I’ve ever seen, but he had a heck of a dance partner. Maybe a few too many kick outs down the stretch but great stuff here.

Match #2. ROH World Tag Team Championship: Aussie Open (c) vs/ Ethan Page & Brother Zay

Aussie Open attacks early and Zay is quickly in trouble. Punt by Fletcher and a senton by Davis. Wheelbarrow into an arm drag by Zay and a hurricanrana. Davis gets the tag but eats an enziguiri and here’s Page. Page sends Aussie Open to the outside with clotheslines and Zay comes off the top with a somersault senton, taking out both guys on the floor. Aussie Open sandwich Zay and Page together (I will now call this the Vegemite Sammich going forward). Body slam and a senton by Davis for two on Page. Zay makes the hot tag and clears the ring before following with an asai moonsault to Davis on the floor. Springboard crossbody by Zay to Fletcher for two. Zay goes up for a swanton but Fletcher gets the knees up. Superkick by Fletcher into an assisted foreman’s carry into a punt. Inverted Razor’s Edge into a cutter from Fletcher off the middle rope for two. Stereo superkicks send Page to the floor and the lariat sammich connects. Coreolis Effect (formerly Fidget Spinner) seal this one.

Winners and STILL ROH World Tag Team Champions: Aussie Open

Rating: **1/2. Aussie Open rule and that’s all we’ve got to say about that.

Fletcher grabs the mic and says not only will Better Than You, BayBay not win the titles, but MJF will never hit the kangaroo kick.

The Righteous are on their way to AEW!

Matt and Jeff Hardy challenge Aussie Open for the ROH World Tag Team Championships.

Match #3. Sammy Guevara vs. Jon Cruz

Corkscrew drop kick and a tope to the floor. Guevara hits a flying knee and the GTH finishes this one.

Winner: Sammy Guevera

Rating: NR

Match #4. Skye Blue & Hikaru Shida vs. The Outcasts

Tieres by Blue and a big knee to the face. Blue goes up top by Storm serves a distraction and Ruby crotches her. Quick tags between The Outcasts her as Blue is down in the opposite corner. Storm and Ruby send Blue into the ropes but Shida holds on to her, to no avail. Ruby sets Blue up on the apron and Toni drills her with the running hip attack. STO on the floor by Ruby! Blue tries to fight back, to no avail, throughout the PIP. Snap suplex by Storm. Ruby back in now but she gets rolled up for two. Straightjacket by Ruby momentarily, and more corner boots. Blue finally shoves Storm off and Shida gets the tag. Shida with elbows for everyone and an enziguiri to Ruby. Military press to Ruby. Ripcord elbow to Ruby and a question mark kick. German suplex by Storm, German suplex by Blue, and a Saito suplex by Ruby. Ripcord elbow by Shida to Ruby and Code Blue by Blue! Storm breaks it up with a running hip attack. Behind the referee’s back the spray paint goes in the eyes of Blue. Running hip attack by Storm in the corner but Shida breaks up the pin. Shida and Storm square off but Saraya trips up Shida. Big boot by Storm and a double team powerbomb attempt but Blue superkicks Storm. Jackknife cover by Shida and she gets the pin.

Winners: Skye Blue & Hikaru Shida

Rating: *1/4. Not good here, considering who was in the match. Also, Ruby’s shoulders were off the mat for the pin. Seemed sloppy and lacked nearly everything.

The Outcasts jump after the bell but Britt Baker makes the save and we brawl as we go off the air.

Final Thoughts: Heck of a sixty-minute wrestling show tonight. Komander and Fenix absolutely tore the house down, if we’re going to have somewhat “meaningless” matches, make them good like this one. Aussie Open continuing to build momentum but the show fell off after that, and the main event was not good and did NOT make sense. 6.5/10.
