AEW has released the latest edition of their “Top 5” series, this time featuring the best moments from this past Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite. The list includes the Cody Rhodes and Lance Archer brawl, Hikaru Shida earning her women’s championship opportunity, Jon Moxley coming after The Dark Order, The murder of Vanguard 1, and The Inner Circle challenging The ELite to a Stadium Stampede match at Double Or Nothing.
AEW superstar and Executive VP Cody Rhodes responded to a fan on Twitter last night who asked what matchups aspiring wrestlers should study. The American Nightmare writes, “It depends. I feel like I watch something everyday. Like in the last few days…Funk V Flair, Dean V Rey, Hogan V Rock, Sting V Vader. If it’s aspiring wrestler, you’re likely gonna’ start with smiling and selling and Steamboat and Ricky Morton stuff is a great place to start.
