The Impact Wrestling Bound For Glory pay-per-view back in October saw self-proclaimed TNA World Heavyweight Champion Moose defeat EC3 in a bloody cinematic-style bout, in what was EC3’s only match before finishing up and heading to ROH.
EC3 recently revealed to Fightful Select that he and Moose had actually filmed their cinematic match on their own, but Impact officials wanted to make sure it was filmed a certain way. It ended up being another match that was left on the cutting room floor.
It was also noted that Impact decided to switch plans about halfway through the storyline, going from a standard match to the more cinematic match that we saw.
