Former WCW superstar Buff Bagwell released a video statement via Facebook earlier today addressing his recent Cameo submission that went viral and had fans concerned about the 50-year old veteran’s health. In the Cameo Bagwell showed huge bruises on his face, and was clearly intoxicated and slurring his words.
In the statement…he admits that he had been drinking but still submitted the Cameo because he thought it was funny. He deeply apologizes to any fans that he concerned or offended, and assures everyone that he’s doing just fine.
He also reveals that the bruises on his face came from tripping over his dog and smacking his face on the pavement. They are no longer visible in his video statement. The former NWO member says several colleagues, including Diamond Dallas Page, reached out to him out of concern.
