AEW’s Chris Jericho has donated $10,000 to the charity set up by NFL player Damar Hamlin.

Hamlin, a safety for the Buffalo Bills, collapsed on the field last night as his team was playing the Cincinnati Bengals. Hamlin stood up after a routine tackle, but then fell back. Medics administered CPR on the field, and he was then taken to a hospital. It was later announced that Hamlin was in critical condition after going into cardiac arrest due to the hit. Hamlin remains in critical condition as of this writing.

Hamlin originally launched a GoFundMe to support a toy drive for his community, sponsored by The Chasing M’s Foundation. The GoFundMe page noted that the campaign has received renewed support in light of Hamlin’s current battle, and his team thanked everyone for their support.

Hamlin set the GoFundMe up with a goal of raising $2,500 for the toy drive, but since Monday’s incident, the campaign has raised $4,346,860 as of this writing, with thousands of supporters making donations.

Jericho initially made a $5,000 donation, but he spelled his name wrong. He then made another $5,000 donation. The spelling of his name has been corrected on the first donation.

Jericho often donates to various causes and GoFundMe campaigns.
