Josh Mathews: ODB, thank you for being here. I’ve gotta ask, how great does it feel to have not only the support of Impact Wrestling, but all of the great fans here in New York City?
ODB: Damn it feels good to be home. It’s been a rough couple of months, I hate to admit. The last three years, I’ve been food trucking. Oh yeah it’s been fun. Have you guys tried the meat yet? The last three years, I’ve been food trucking all around the country, doing my own ODB’s Meat and Greet. I’ve been smoking the meat, pulling out a lot of pork, let me tell you. That night when I got the phone call that my food truck was on fire, I was like god damnit because it was something that I built for my life after wrestling. Damn I promised I wasn’t going to cry.
Hitting 40 sucks, you cry. Seeing everything that I built from the ground up in flames, I was just wanted to vomit. My insurance company can kiss my ass. I don’t need them because I got you guys. I got an awesome wrestling family. I didn’t realize when something bad like that happens, you don’t realize how much you truly are loved. I didn’t realized I was loved this much, this is freaking badass. Impact Wrestling has always been my home. They built ODB. They let me do my own thing and I’ve been loving it all these years.
Taya Valkyrie: Oh, yeah. WOW! Let’s give ODB a round of applause. Welcome back. Oh my god what a sad sad story about your food truck. It really gets to me hearing about it, not really. But in all honestly, ODB, the bitch is back. You’re one of the most memorable, loved, and intoxicated knockouts in Impact Wrestling History. A four time Impact Knockouts Champion. But here’s the thing, I am the greatest knockouts champion of all-time. I’m the longest reigning knockouts champion in history and this is my show.
I spent more money on spilt mimosas than you do on that hot dog water infused stuff that you called barbecue sauce in one year. Shut up.
