Indie Luchador Wrestler In Mexico Passes Away From Coronavirus

According to Super Luchas, indie luchador Black Demon (real name Roberto Múñoz Carrillo) passed away on April 13th from the COVID-19 virus. The 40-year old veteran was born in Baja California, but began training in pro-wrestling in San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora. He recently won the 2020 Red Pedragón Cup back in February.

Luchablog reports that this is the first wrestling related death in Mexico due to the global pandemic that has caused the entire world to go on lockdown and severely rocked the pro-wrestling industry.
