John Cena has proven once again why he is a class act.
The former 16-time world champion visited 7-year old David Castle in Tampa Bay Florida earlier today, a superfan who is battling a life-threatening illness. Cena’s visit was made possible thanks to the Pasco County Fire Rescue.

Castle’s condition has been identified Wilms Tumor. He still has many round of radiation and chemotherapy to go, but reports were that his spirit was lifted once he saw his favorite WWE superstar.
