Heel By Nature reports a district judge in Florida dismissed a complaint filed against WWE.
The lawsuit was filed by a Fort Lauderdale man on January 25th and was for emotional distress, cruel and unusual punishment, and discrimination. The man claims WWE uses “sorcery” to degrade the man to millions of viewers during television broadcasts.
Just four days later, the judge found that his lawsuit was ‘frivolous or malicious’.
