More Details on Ring of Honor Paying All Staff and Talent For Cancelled Shows

As noted the other day, Ring of Honor has paid all wrestlers and staff members for the shows that have been cancelled. This includes all wrestlers, both domestic and international, as well as all crew members who would have worked on the show. The dates cover the months of April and May.

As far as international wrestlers, anyone who flew into the states for last month’s PPV in Las Vegas were immediately offered flights back home as soon as landing just in case America decided to close its borders. Some wrestlers have said that they boarded a new plane to fly home without ever leaving the airport.

Wrestlers who were covered not only include all ROH contracted wrestlers, but any outside talent who were brought in for those specific dates even if they hadn’t debuted for ROH yet.

Ring of Honor is expecting to hold shows in June, but are still using a wait-and-see approach. ROH has made headlines recently for looking out for their wrestler’s health and choosing not to hold shows during the country’s shutdown despite bigger companies like WWE and AEW finding loopholes.
