According to the Wrestling Observer fan forums, WWE superstar AJ Styles’ move to SmackDown may not have just been to change up the roster, but due to the Phenomenal One being upset with former Raw Executive Director Paul Heyman.
Reports are that Styles blamed Heyman for the firing of Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson back in April as a part of WWE’s cutbacks from COVID-19. While it’s obvious that Heyman wasn’t the one doing the firing, him not fighting to keep Anderson and Gallows didn’t sit right with Styles.
Styles is now on the SmackDown roster, where he is the current Intercontinental champion.
