According to the Wrestling Observer’s Dave Melter, Vince McMahon is the reason WWE has decided to no longer air any classic content on weekly television (USA, FOX). The report indicates that re-airing old archives will eventually run its course with the WWE fan base.
Ratings for both Monday Night Raw and SmackDown have been steadily decreasing, with last night’s blue-brand show recording it’s lowest viewership since it’s move to FOX back in October. You can read more about that here.
