A new segment has been added to this evening’s NXT Halloween Havoc television special on the USA Network.
Vic Joseph will conduct an interview between Carmelo Hayes and current reigning NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov ahead of their title clash on the October 31st Halloween Havoc. Joseph revealed the news on his personal social media account.
