Pro Wrestling Returning to Indiana This Weekend with Fans and COVID-19 Restrictions In Place

The IWA Mid-South indie wrestling promotion is returning to action this weekend, despite the coronavirus pandemic.

IWA MS will run their Unfinished Business event on Friday, June 19 in Indianapolis, Indiana at Southside Turners in German Park.

The promotion noted on Twitter that face masks will be available for those who want them at the door. Everyone who comes into the building will have to have their temperature checked and sanitizer applied to their hands. Fans are to be seated in groups as they come in the door to ensure social distancing. They are looking at just 150 tickets being sold due to these COVID-19 restrictions.

The IWA show will feature Michael Elgin, Jake Crist, Mance Warner and others. Full details can be found at tinyurl.com/IWAIndy619. The promotion has more dates announced for the next few months.

It’s likely that we will start to see more indie events with fans announced as many states move forward with their re-opening plans. While IWA Mid-South has more dates announced for the coming weeks, Game Changer Wrestling will also run in Indianapolis on Saturday, June 20 at White River State Park. There will also be COVID-19 restrictions at that show, which you can find details on below. The GCW show, their first in a few months now, will air on FITE TV and is sold out. Full details on the GCW events can be found at twitter.com/GCWrestling_.
