Where AEW Has Been Filming Content At, Another Venue Change Possibly Coming

AEW filmed a lot of future content in Norcross, Georgia this past week, according to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio.

The tapings were reportedly done at the 1 Fall Power Factory pro wrestling school, which is co-owned by former WCW star Glacier. The head coach is AEW’s QT Marshall. The school also puts on its own live events. This looks to be the same place where Cody Rhodes noted back in February that he had taken on a larger role with, to be called The Nightmare Factory, but that wasn’t confirmed.

It looks like the Georgia location was temporary as Governor Brian Kemp issued a shelter-in-place order for the entire state on Wednesday.

AEW previously canceled their arena shows and moved to Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, FL, which is their home base. They then moved from there due to the coronavirus pandemic as local officials had been using an adjacent parking lot for a large-scale COVID-19 testing center. It looks like AEW will need to find a new location once again, but now they have time to work on those plans due to the significant amount of content they have filmed.
