Below are results from tonight’s SmackDown house show from Binghamton, New York. (Special thanks to Vince for sharing.)
1. The show opened with the tagteam match of New Day defeated B-Team.
2. We then saw Nikki Cross come out and state that she will be making the SmackDown women’s championship match a triple threat. She was then attacked by Charlotte and left it laying on the ground.
3. Finn Balor defeated Andrade to retain the Intercontinental championship
4. The lights went out and they set up Elias in the ring and he started to play the guitar and put down the crowd. Matt Hardy came out and they did a back-and-forth segment. Elias and Matt started to sing Sweet Child O’ Mine together before Elias attacked him from behind. Matt got up at the twist of fate and left Elias laying on the mat.
5. Chad Gable what was sporting a new look with short hair defeated Shelton Benjamin.
6. R-Truth/Carmella defeated Liv Morgan/Sami Zayn
7 Aliestar Black defeated Randy Orton in a solid match.
8 Ali Defeated buddy Murphy in a good match. Buddy Murphy may have lost a tooth because after taking a super kick the referee jester to the guys on the outside something about his front teeth.
9. Bayley defeated Charlotte and Nikki Cross in a triple threat match to retain the SD women’s championship
10. MAIN EVENT: Kofi Kingston defeated Dolph Ziggler to retain the WWE championship
